Board-Certified Preventive Medicine PhysicianDr. Jacobson is a board-certified Preventive Medicine physician with more than 20 years of experience and extensive advanced training in preventive, functional, and integrative medicine.
Her approach goes beyond treating symptoms. She focuses on understanding the whole person, identifying factors that may be affecting health and developing personalized strategies to help patients feel their best, optimize their health, and age well.

Lauren, FNP-C Family Nurse Practitioner
Lauren is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner with clinical expertise in thyroid health, cardiometabolic conditions, urgent care, telemedicine, and longevity medicine. With a strong foundation in both acute and chronic care, she brings a calm, thorough, and patient-first approach to every visit.
Her career began in Southern California, where she rotated through high-acuity hospital settings, treating post-surgical and medically complex patients. She later expanded her scope in urgent care and family medicine, gaining deep experience in diagnostics, chronic disease management, and patient education across the lifespan.
Lauren also has a background in aesthetic medicine, where she developed an appreciation for how physical wellness and self-confidence intersect. She believes in empowering patients through collaborative care and evidence-based medicine to support long-term health, performance, and quality of life.
At Minnesota Vitality & Anti-Aging Center, Lauren is known for her approachable demeanor, clinical precision, and commitment to helping patients feel and live their best.
Janette, Advanced Esthetician and Licensed Massage Therapist, specializing in clinical skin rejuvenation and full-body restoration.
With a decade in aesthetic medicine and advanced training in laser technologies, Janette delivers results-driven treatments designed to improve skin health, texture, and overall skin function. Her approach combines advanced clinical techniques with therapeutic care, creating treatments that are both corrective and restorative.
At Minnesota Vitality, we focus on treating the root cause, not just the surface, and Janette’s philosophy aligns seamlessly with this model. She takes a personalized, plan-based approach to every patient, ensuring each treatment is intentional, effective, and aligned with long-term results.

As a seasoned Registered Nurse and master injector, she brings both skill and passion to every patient she treats. For the past decade, she has served as a national trainer for Galderma, sharing her extensive expertise with aesthetic professionals across the country.
Empowering Through Education & Personalized Care Nancy is more than an injector—she’s an educator, a guide, and a trusted partner in each client’s skincare journey. Known for her exceptional communication skills, she takes the time to listen, understand, and craft customized treatment plans that enhance natural beauty. Her mission? To educate, elevate, and empower—ensuring every client leaves feeling confident and radiant.
Beyond the Clinic Outside of work, Nancy finds fulfillment in her role as a mother to four boys and embraces life’s simple joys. When she’s not transforming skin, you’ll find her indulging in her passions—gardening, cooking, reading, and playing the piano.

Delaney, RN Aesthetic Medicine | Nurse Injector
Many of you may already know Delaney, and we’re so excited to welcome her back to the Forest Lake community and introduce her as the newest member of the Minnesota Vitality team!
Delaney brings a unique combination of advanced clinical experience, aesthetic expertise, and an eye for natural, balanced results. Before entering aesthetic medicine, she spent more than four years in cardiovascular and surgical intensive care, giving her an exceptional clinical foundation that she now brings to every patient experience.
Today, Delaney focuses on aesthetic medicine and injectable treatments, combining clinical precision with the art of medicine and thoughtful, individualized treatment planning. Her philosophy is simple: enhance, never overdo. Her goal is for patients to leave feeling refreshed, confident, and still completely themselves.
Outside the clinic, she’s incredibly close with her family, especially her niece and nephew, a serious foodie, avid traveler, and passionate plant lover whose home has practically become a greenhouse. She also has a fluffy black cat with the perfectly simple name, Cat.
