That’s why we’re proud to welcome Dr. Arazu Kian, a board-certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice and a passion for truly transformative care.
With clinical experience spanning Planned Parenthood, Allina Health, and M Health Fairview, Dr. Kian brings a thoughtful, inclusive approach to gynecology, reproductive health, and hormone care. Her specialties include menopause and perimenopause support, contraceptive counseling, infertility care, hormone therapy, and in-office procedures like IUD insertions and biopsies. She also brings advanced training in telehealth and a passion for expanding access to care for all women.

Lauren, FNP-C Family Nurse Practitioner
Lauren is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner with clinical expertise in thyroid health, cardiometabolic conditions, urgent care, telemedicine, and longevity medicine. With a strong foundation in both acute and chronic care, she brings a calm, thorough, and patient-first approach to every visit.
Her career began in Southern California, where she rotated through high-acuity hospital settings, treating post-surgical and medically complex patients. She later expanded her scope in urgent care and family medicine, gaining deep experience in diagnostics, chronic disease management, and patient education across the lifespan.
Lauren also has a background in aesthetic medicine, where she developed an appreciation for how physical wellness and self-confidence intersect. She believes in empowering patients through collaborative care and evidence-based medicine to support long-term health, performance, and quality of life.

Aesthetic Expert & Educator With over 20 years of experience in aesthetics, Nancy is a powerhouse in the industry. As a seasoned Registered Nurse and master injector, she brings both skill and passion to every patient she treats. For the past decade, she has served as a national trainer for Galderma, sharing her extensive expertise with aesthetic professionals across the country.
Empowering Through Education & Personalized Care Nancy is more than an injector—she’s an educator, a guide, and a trusted partner in each client’s skincare journey. Known for her exceptional communication skills, she takes the time to listen, understand, and craft customized treatment plans that enhance natural beauty. Her mission? To educate, elevate, and empower—ensuring every client leaves feeling confident and radiant.
Beyond the Clinic Outside of work, Nancy finds fulfillment in her role as a mother to four boys and embraces life’s simple joys. When she’s not transforming skin, you’ll find her indulging in her passions—gardening, cooking, reading, and playing the piano.

Her dedication to top-quality service is evident in her commitment to achieving noticeable, long-lasting results for every client.
Whether she’s crafting a custom facial, performing a chemical peel, or creating a tailored skincare plan, Maya’s approach is focused on bringing out the natural beauty of each individual. As a massage therapist, she offers a range of specialized techniques, including deep tissue, trigger point, lymphatic drainage, and relaxation massage, helping clients feel balanced, rejuvenated, and cared for.

As a practitioner she’s proficient in Custom Facials, SkinPen, Chemical Peels, Dermaplaning, and Permeant make-up and Aesthetic tattooing. She is inspired by helping her clients look and feel their best . She loves to help her clients obtain and maintain healthy beautiful skin. She has developed deep passion and skillset to help individuals achieve a younger, fresher look through a variety of anti-aging treatments. Heather takes pride in each treatment she performs. “We are all individuals and have individual needs. My purpose is to partner with my clients in order to get them the best results possible.
